Halloween Fun!

Senn Dunn Insurance had their Halloween costume contest and everyone had a blast!  Costumes ranged from Harry Potter to Michael Myers to the famous Honey Boo Boo!

Outstanding Volunteer for the Year 2012

On October 30th, The Volunteer Center of  Greensboro hosted the annual Volunteer Recognition Celebration at Revolution Mill Studios and Event Center.  At the event, T. Gray McCaskill was awarded the Outstanding Volunteer of the Year award for 2012  This event is an opportunity to recognize the extraordinary work of volunteers in our community.

Gray has served as an active volunteer to the Triad community for over 25 years – the Boy Scouts of America, United Way, Carolina Theatre,  & GMA/First Point have all been the recipient of his time and talents. He is credited with donating over 50 gallons of blood to the American Red Cross since his college days at UNC. In 2013, Gray will chair both the Heart Ball for the American Heart Association and the JDRF Breakfast.

Hurricane Preparedness

We are hopeful that you and your family will not suffer a storm related loss. However, if you do need to file a claim, we want to assure that the process goes as smoothly as possible for you. To get the fastest and most efficient claims service; we ask you to do the following:


• If you sustain property damage due to a hurricane, please contact your insurance company directly or contact your Senn Dunn Claims Team at 1-800-598-7161 extension 1303 or 1396. You can also call us on our emergency claims line at (336) 202-3973 and (336) 202-5893. Please have, if possible, your policy number available for quicker claims reporting.

• Take photos of any and all damages prior to making repairs. If temporary repairs are needed, remember to keep all receipts for all materials purchased or costs incurred since they may be reimbursable under your insurance policy.

• Prepare a list of damaged items for the adjuster; do not discard any damaged items before the adjuster is able to inspect them.

• Contact your Senn Dunn Claims Team, at 1-800-598-7161 extension 1303 or 1396, if you have questions before the insurance company adjuster has contacted you.

T. Gray McCaskill of Senn Dunn Insurance Named Outstanding Volunteer of 2012

T. Gray McCaskill, Chief Executive Officer, has been named Outstanding Volunteer for 2012 by The Volunteer Center of Greensboro. Gray has served as an active volunteer to the Triad community for over 25 years – the Boy Scouts of America, United Way, Carolina Theatre,  & GMA/First Point  have all been the recipient of his time and talents.

Congratulations!

Please join Cecelia Foy-Dorsett, Claims Director, in congratulating Marsha Newman, Claims Specialist, for acing her examination yesterday (96%) which resulted in her earning the Registered Workers’ Compensation Specialist designation. This is a program written by IRMI and is one way that Marsha continues to strengthen her vast knowledge in the ever changing workers compensation arena.

Associate Pampering Day

October 10th was Associate Pampering Day where all the associates had a chance to get a 15 minute chair massage and hand facials.  It was a very relaxing day for many!!







Senn Dunn's All-Employee Meeting 2012

On Thursday October 4th, 2012 Senn Dunn Insurance had their annual all-employee meeting. They discussed the current state of Senn Dunn and what is to come in the future. The theme of the meeting was "Who Moved The Cheese?" They ended the meeting with some light refreshments and a social and the goal of going out and helping Senn Dunn get the cheese in the next year.
